Terms & Conditions

By using Share & Shop World (SASW) and its sub-sites, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership

All members must provide accurate information when signing up. Accounts may be terminated for violating community rules.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for their own shop content, products, and pricing.
• Vendors are responsible for all payment processing fees (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
• Vendors agree to SASW commission rates (currently 6% under £5, 5% under £10, 4% at £10+).

3. Payments & Payouts

Payments are handled securely through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Commissions and fees are deducted automatically. Vendor payouts are processed automatically by the payment system.

4. Disputes

Disputes are strictly between buyers and vendors. SASW does not intervene but may remove vendors who violate these terms.

5. Violations

Vendors who violate these terms receive a “strike.” Three strikes result in permanent removal. Strikes expire after six months with no new complaints.

6. Changes

SASW reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest terms.
